Dad, son accused of having sex with 13-year-old girl

A father and son from Kentucky are facing possible federal charges for allegedly traveling across state lines to have sex with a 13-year-old Bluffton girl. They are also accused of taking sexually explicit images of the girl.

Ernest Wayne Baker of Nicholasville, Ky., and his son, Robert of Yosemite, Ky., are facing potential charges in U.S. District Court in Kentucky following an investigation by the FBI and other law enforcement agencies, according to court documents filed with the court. The ages of the men were not available Tuesday.

Both are in custody in Kentucky, according to Hancock County Prosecutor Mark Miller. His office helped with the investigation because the crimes were allegedly committed in the Hancock County portion of Bluffton.

According to a complaint filed by Mary Trotman, a special agent with the FBI, the elder Baker posed as a teenager on a social networking site, where he initially contacted the girl and asked her to meet him in Bluffton.

The two met on several occasions in Bluffton, where Ernest Baker took her to a motel, engaged in sexual conduct with her, and took nude photos of her as well as video of him having intercourse with her, according to the complaint.

On one of the occasions, Baker's son came with him to Bluffton, where they got a motel room and the son also engaged in sexual conduct with the girl, according to the complaint.

The son allegedly admitted to having sex with the girl, and said he may have "seen a flash" from a camera as his father took a picture while he and the girl were having intercourse, the complaint states.

The two have been charged locally in Findlay Municipal Court with corruption of a minor, according to court records.

Bluffton Police Chief Richard Skilliter and Miller said it is unknown whether there would be additional local charges, or if the men would be tried at the federal or state level.

"The circumstances surrounding the case are still developing" and the investigation is ongoing, Skilliter said.

"We will coordinate between state and federal authorities," Miller said.

WTF!!!
“ statutory rape in a lot of cases gets taken to far. what about the 17 and 18 yr old that started dating when they were 15 and 16. then one day they have an argument and boom the 18 yr old is in prison for a large part of their life. thats not quite fair now is it. in the case of this little girl yes, fry the sick freaks. both of them. ”

“ This rape of children knows no boundaries. It happens in many places and it goes to the top of the human chain. Search "The Franklin Cover-up" or "Hollie Grieg". It seems until we get the elites of this world and there sick sexual appetites under control our laws may stay as lame as they are now regarding the rape of our children. I often wonder why we don't have tougher laws, then I realized if those who are our law enforcement, government leaders, bankers, religious leaders and so on were to be unable to cover up their demented activity they wouldn't want to have to face harsh penalties. Therefore, we continue to turn these animals back into society to ruin more lives of our most precious resource, our children. I don't know that I would give them the death penalty, although I believe that there is no "cure" for this type of behavior. It hasn't deterred any other type of crime so I highly doubt it will deter these sick bastards.

Maybe if we step away from our big screen tv's, ipods, cellphones and the numerous activities that consume our lives and DEMAND stiffer penalties for this heinous kind of crime we will save the innocence of our children and put these sicko's where they belong for good!

13 yr. old sex
“ Having sex with a 13 yr old is sick but what is even sicker is that some of these violators are protected. Planned parent hood has multiple charges for cover up but are dismissed or given a slap on the wrist. What about acorn where the sting operation where they gave information on how to start a business using 13 and 14 yr. olds and how to cover it up-- case dismissed. A society needs to make statutory rape illegal across the board then maybe some of these cases would not happen. ”

It just what 'animals' do
“ For many years now the the kids have been taught in school that we came from goo to you via the zoo. IF that is the case, there is nothing wrong with this kind of behavior, animals do it all day long. Without God, there are NO morals, NO rights or NO wrongs. If it feels good, do it!

We've told God to get out of our schools and out of our lives. Being the Gentleman that He is, He has. Now, as Jeremiah in the Old Testament told us so many years ago, we are seeing how deep man's depravity really goes, "the HEART is deceitful above all things, who can know it?"

We are reaping what we've sown folks!
