Putnam County accepts two bids
OTTAWA -- The Putnam County commissioners have approved the bid of Kleem Inc., West Chester, for about $36,029 for county road signs.

The commissioners approved the bid Thursday after county Engineer Terry Recker reviewed two bids opened Tuesday.

Separately, the commissioners approved paying Northwest Physical Therapy, Ottawa, to provide therapy services to residents of Putnam Acres Care Center.

Bids were based on Medicare classifications which designate the amount of therapy received. Bids were opened March 9 and the commissioners had tabled the issue for further review.
